The high profile nature of this building, designed by a prize-winning architect, presented a challenge to Al Hani, which was responsible for all mechanical works. The two vast, armoured basement vaults are situated well under the water table. All floors overlook the public hall at ground level through glazed curtain walls on all four sides of the internal atrium. The building has a secure system of modular construction precision. Granite finishes, sloping walls covered with precast prismatic slabs and cool-look aluminum louvre cladding of the tower ascribes a fortressed, impartial image to the bank. All systems were constructed and supplied by Al Hani except the security system, the installation of which Al Hani supervised.
